We investigate how life is classified under systems of power:
what is considered “human,” what is considered “nature,”
and what is therefore made exploitable, silent, or invisible.
Plants, animals, bodies, feminized identities, queer existences,
and subtle environmental forces are often placed outside the realm
of rights — framed as resources rather than voices.
Posadas challenges this division.
We dream and practice a way of thinking where care replaces extraction,
and where tenderness becomes a political methodology.
Posadas is a collective formed by interdisciplinary artists
Igni Murillo, Lara Crafti, and Balkis Diaz (Baby Cure).
We work at the intersection of performance, writing, sound,
installation, and visual segments.
We imagine futures beyond concrete, smog, and exploitation —
worlds where what has been denied voice is finally heard
through form, texture, and presence.
This video work is an educational and experiential exploration of natural rhythms as living systems of knowledge.
It departs from the linear, industrial conception of time and instead listens to the temporal intelligence
of the plant kingdom, ecosystems, and subterranean networks that operate beyond human measurement.
Through slow observation, layered imagery, and rhythmic dissociation from the clock,
the piece reveals how life unfolds in cycles of expansion, dormancy, respiration, decay, and regeneration.
Plants become temporal teachers: they germinate in silence, respond to light without urgency,
and communicate through chemical and energetic exchanges that exceed human perception.
